🔩 Raw Material
The production process starts with carefully prepared raw materials. Before entering the production line, materials are checked and prepared according to the requirements of the final solar mounting profile.
⚙️ Punching
The material then goes through the punching process, where holes are precisely formed according to the profile design. Accurate hole positioning is essential for smooth installation and reliable connections during assembly.
🏗️ Roll Forming
Next, the material passes through our roll forming line. Through continuous forming, flat material is shaped into the required structural profile while maintaining consistent dimensions and geometry throughout the production run.
✂️ Cutting
After roll forming, the finished profile is cut to the required length. Precise cutting helps ensure that components are ready for further processing, packing, and installation according to project requirements.
